Welcome to our Writing Debate Blog. This blog provides us with the opportunity to discuss a variety of topics. Each week, I will post a question for you to think about. Please respond with your opinion; don't forget to support your ideas with details. After other students have posted their comments, you will then respond to their thoughts. You may agree or disagree, but you must support your response with details.

Debate Blogging Conduct

Your initial response to the debate question must be at least one paragraph and include reasons to support your position.
This blog is intended to be used as a class assignment. It is not a graffiti board. Inappropriate entries will be deleted; the blogger's grade will reflect the deducted points.
As with classroom interactions, all blog interactions should be conducted with respect and intelligence. Do not resort to name calling; it is not persuasive.
All entries must be signed with your first name and last initial. Please leave the cutesy names out of our blog.
Minimize any personal info in your profile. Remember, anyone can read your profile.
